Quiksilver Japan jumped head first into the business to active wear segment with the True Wetsuit. There isn’t much worse than cramming behind an ocean front desk counting down the ticks until punch-out. Imagine being able to stride from work to water with zero transition time to change clothes. Quiksilver has done just that; created a business suit designed to give powerpoint presentations that can also snap slashes on tight barrels within the time it takes to get from the office to the beach.
Finding a perfect surfboard can take a tremendous amount of time, as does finding the flawless suit. The Quiksilver True Wetsuit is available in three killer styles. The BLK (black) and NAV (navy) suits are cut for business and surfing whereas the Tux (black) is strictly for partying and surfing.
Cut with a modern slim silhouette the pants and jacket flatter the fit, but with a 2mm thickness anyone can slide into a size range from medium to extra large. GBS (Glued & Blind Stitching) seams assist the regulation of heat while the cuffs freely filers new water throughout the single breasted double button suit.
The DRYFLIGHT 4WAY fabric that was developed in conjunction with Scotchgard and 3M makes up the water repellent and stain/dirt proof Quiksilver True Wetsuit Dress Shirt. The shirt could actually be worn on a day to day basis – it’s soft to the touch and has a firm collar to frame any well tied knot.
Sublimation transfer printing allows for bold colors on the ties. A refined finish starts as a 2mm neoprene ultra stretch jersey fabric and gracefully knots with a center dimple.
Draping over a hanger around $2,500 USD the True Wetsuit is a commodity worth its weight in gold. Whether in a boardroom or on a board the Quiksilver True Wetsuit will be rippling waves for years to come, make sure to get one before the tide dies.

Zion Zany Earth | Ryan Paul
Ryan Paul here to tell you about my board, the Zion ZANY EARTH deck!
This board is sick! Really Sick! If you’re looking for a board that crushes everything and leaves it in cinders, look no further, the Zion Zany Earth Snowboard deck with its sweet Super CrockaBear 3D graphics will crush any park rail, street spot, or playground dino-totter (scientifically proven)!
I’ve been riding this board for over 4 years now and dialing in the specs since it was just a black and white prototype. I’ve put it to the test in deep pow, crashed it against support poles in the streets and cruised around aimlessly through the park and around the ski hills. Zion Snowboards has helped me dial in every feature of the Zany Earth board to meet all of the needs of a snowboarder and perform well on every obstacle out there.
The Zany Earth snowboard has a profile file called Park Rocker Combo Platter, which is basically a tasty way to say that the profile technology of this board gives you more ground feel so that you have better control on all sorts of terrain. There’s a small rockered section between the feet that has been raised up by camber underneath each foot. It has tons of pop and float at the same time.
We’ve given it a blunt nose and tail shape for a unique look and feel as well as extra smooth performance on take offs, the flex works well with the pop to get you up on features and pressing consistently. The combo platter camber provides a solid and sturdy ride for putting down high impact landings as well as mobbing into heavy carves!
This board has it all… oh yeah, and it’s FAST!!!!
Pick one up and go rip!

Interior Plain Project Harrow | Kyle Kennedy
I have loved the Harrow since day one. They are truly the perfect blend of a soft playful board that you can maneuver in any way you need them too, and a board with a backbone that will hold you into that press or keep you on your feet hitting kickers in the park. And now, with all Interior Plain Project boards being pressed and handled by the CAPiTA MFG, they will hold together for as long as you need then too.
The Harrow is the perfect mix between pop and press because of its profiled core. Also it has Triaxel glass that gives pop from edge to edge as well as snap in the nose and tail. The minimalist camber allows the board to be easily pressed but yet having that backbone to give you the edge control you’ve been looking for.
The Harrow is the most fun, and playful board I’ve ever ridden. If you’re looking for your next park board, I would highly recommend giving the Harrow a try. Visit the Interior Plain Project to read more on the brand and team!

Salomon Villain Snowboard | Jordan Daniels
The Salomon Villain Snowboard is a versatile all mountain freestyle board that’s ready to rip any kind of snow you put in front of it. Here’s a little more of what makes this shred stick tick.
To start, the five point equalizer edges makes for a smooth and stable carve, the more contact points the more control from heel to toe. Next, the hybrid camber of The Villain is by far the best then traditional camber boards out today. The camber is flat camber in between the bindings, regular camber underneath the feet and rocker camber on the nose and tail of the board. This hybrid camber acts as a flat camber snowboard as you are riding on the snow and once raised off the snow it becomes a regular camber snowboard essential for park and street.
This snowboard has been one of my favorites to ride everywhere and anywhere there is a jump or a rail. I would recommend this board to anyone who wants a super responsive feel from heel to toe and a flex that is loose but stiff enough so you won’t loop out off your nose or tail. So next time you are at The House Boardshop go and check out the Salomon Villain Snowboard you won’t be sorry you did.
