Great Boots
I am an instructor and I have bought these boots to teach in. If you are looking for a beginner boot or a bot that is forgiving and fun to teach in these are the ones to go for. Since the flex in very low (50) is it a soft boot and means that it will flex more than the average boot. Designed for the beginner or the teacher. If you are looking for a high end boots for the tricks or racing sorry, your going to have to break out the money. I spent $700 on my trick boots with a flex of 110 (very stiff) Hope this helps!

what does the flex number mean?
A shopper on Jan 10, 2016

the flex number refers to how hard it is the push the boot forward. A lower number would mean that the boot is softer, while a higher flex number means the boot is more stiff. In this case, the Nordica NXT N6 has a softer flex.
