I have a medical condition that requires I lie down in the car for long car rides. A Toyota Prius V. So, my head and side are unprotected in the event of a car crash. Rehab van people have not had ideas. Would this Avalanche airbag provide some protection perhaps? Thanks
Larkin O on Feb 21, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Larkin,

That may be a great idea for your condition, but the Mammut Light R.A.S. Ready Backpack's airbag ready system must be engaged to activate. Meaning that you'd have to pull the airbag rip cord in the exact moment on impack if you happen to get in a car crash.
