The Mistral Explosion Windsurfers feature an entirely new shape concept that guarantees maximum fun and ease-of-use. The new shape works great in both planing and non-planing conditions. The three boards all feature the same length but have different widths and volumes. Shaper Mark Nelson developed a modified fast scoop rocker line for this purpose that dramatically enhanced the Explosion's early planing ability and increased the top speeds. A new volume distribution helps these boards safely glide through wind holes, provide increased lateral stability in all types of wind conditions and helps you to learn planing jibes with ease.
