Description: Mountain Hardwear Shifter 2 Tent

Give yourself some camping options with the Mountain Hardwear Shifter 2 Tent. This ultralight, 2-person backpacking tent is designed with an innovative rainfly that features a standard sloped vestibule entrance on one side and a boxier, more spacious vestibule on the other - great for caching your gear or as a threshold-style entrance. With its 68D ripstop polyester body and 75D polyester taffeta fly, together with DAC Pressfit poles, this is an uncompromising, 3-season shelter that is stacked with performance materials. The included gearloft keeps your stuff central and convenient but neatly tucked away. Simple-to-pitch and rugged, this freestanding tent design keeps the packed weight at 5 lbs 12 oz.

BEST ANSWER: Hello,

Luckily with the Shifter 2 tent they include the footprint and a gear loft for storing items up off the floor inside the tent. It has a simple set up with just 2 poles and my favorite freestanding tent design for weather protection and vestibule space.
