Pros: Adjustable, hold together well, Cons:I got these bindings with a lamar package on E-bay. Bindings are pretty good and are adjustable. I did have 2 problems with these bindings. 1st. I set my bindings at 15 on my front foot at the begining of the day and by the end it has turned back to 0. i am unsure if this is the fault of the bindings or most likely the nuts holding the bindings the board. 2nd. With the boots i wear ocassionally the boots will ride up on the front part of the edges of the bindings. (this doesnt cause i major problem i just re latch the streaps after moving my foot. Overall a pretty good binding for the price
