The K2 Transit BOA Snowboard Boots have a pretty straightforward look, but what it lacks in unique style it certainly makes up for with awesome performance and comfort. The sole of this boot features a new Low-Pro Cupsole with EVA technology, making for an amazing combination of comfort and performance. As if that’s not enough on its own, K2 also included the exclusive Intuition Comfort Foam 3D Thermo-form Ultralon liner, which brings the comfort level of the Transit BOA to impossible levels.
The K2 Transit Boa snowboard boots. What you’re looking at here is a really awesome price point snowboard boot from K2. It’s got the Boa lace cable so really, really easy in and out. Just pull that out, pull the tongue out, you’re out. To get back in, slap it in, wind it up, and it will stay that same tension the whole day long. It doesn’t get cut up like a regular lace would. Really, really nice convenient system especially on a snowboard boot of this price point. Full-leather construction, very waterproof, very durable. That rolls into the rubber sole, very good at gripping on icy hard pack terrain, going to hold up pretty good for traction and stuff like that. Rolls us into the outer part of the snowboard boot, got a 3D molded tongue which won’t deform even with the pressure of the Boa lace cable on it. It sucks in nice to your shin, gets nice and snug on the top of your foot too. From there we move into an Intuition foam liner. These puppies are very heat moldable. You can rock them out of the box, just wear them around the house or go ride them and mold them that way, or you can stick them on the heat towers and mold them a little bit quicker. This one will have the laces on the liner itself. The locking hardware is actually built into the tongue of the snowboard boot and is very easy to use. It stays where it should throughout the day. Nice temple liner, like I said, heat moldable. It’s got the little J bars on the side which are going to give you really good heel hold. That moves us into the outsole. Pretty basic one here, just going to kind of add some shock absorption, help keep your foot centered in the bottom of the snowboard boot. But definitely, like I said, a really, really comfortable snowboard boot, custom mold, sure foot. You’ve got the convenience of the Boa lace cables, pretty neutral color waves. It’s an awesome snowboard boot to check out. It’s theK2 Transit Boa snowboard boots.
