not built to last
I have used these boots for a season and a half. They're comfortable to wear and easy to secure. However one of the pieces of plastic that holds the line in the side of the boot has come out, rendering them almost useless. I was able to ride in them because of the tight binding but they can't pull the boot tight on my foot anymore. Also, the sole is becoming loose & detached. The bottom line is that these boots seem to be poorly made.

These boots have been great so far. I took them on a trip recently and enjoyed the feel and didn't feel so clunky walking around the resort in them!

I can feel my toes!
I finally bought boots that feel right. I bought these a full size bigger than my last boots. I broke them in buy wearing at work and at home for a few minutes at a time. These boots gave me no pressure points. I slid a little in the boot when I was turning but I can fix that with a second pair of socks. If I had the time I would return them and get a half size bigger instead of a whole size bigger.

K2 Snowboard Boots
These boots are great! It is so nice not to have to lace up boots and attempt to get them tight enough. They are fashionable as well as practical. It makes putting on boots easy with the boa system.

Needed new boots and did not want ones with normal laces.
Sherry H on Dec 12, 2015
These boots are a Christmas gift for my daughter. She's tired of the lace board boots and I knew these were a reliable boot company. They also sounded warm and will keep her feet dry and comfortable.

How are the boots with the snow? Do they get wet or do they stay dry throughout the day?
Trish on Mar 15, 2014
Best Answer: I wore them 3 days straight in Utah -- they get somewhat wet by the end of the day, but I wore good socks and it never bothered me (I only noticed they were damp when I took them off at the end of the day... and we were boarding what ended up being 25-30" of fresh snow over those 3 days). Once I took off the boots, I would separate the liners to let them dry, and they were good to go the next day.

How well does the lacing system hold up? Do you need to keep tightening them after a couple runs?
A shopper on Mar 15, 2014
Best Answer: It holds up very well. I am an intermediate boarder and I have had no problems. My fiancé and uncle are both expert boarders and they also say it locks and doesn't come loose. Typically, you end up tightening them too much because it's so easy to tighten so you have to loosen them after the first couple of runs. It will stay locked in place all day and you will never want regular laces again.

Hope that helps! Half of my family has K2 boots with the BOA system. Plus K2's are comfortable.

Does K2 boots tend to fit on the larger size or more true to size?
I am a 7.5-8 and am true to size 7.5 but a lot of the time 7.5 are very snug in regular shoes unless its a sandal and 8 tend to slide with regular boots or flats (essentially I end up always getting a 7.5 and having some pain until I break them in). It's my first pair of snowboard boots and I figure it will really improve the learning curve from what I've read to buy your own boots that fit well...
Any input or advice on sizing is helpful.
Christine S on Nov 24, 2015
Best Answer: Hi,
These Sendit Boots will fit pretty true to size actually. You could probably make an 8 work especially if you use huge winter socks. No matter what they will be tight until you brake them in a little.

How do I contact K2 for my sendit boa snowboard boot warranty on boa cable system breaking?
A shopper on Dec 16, 2014
Best Answer: If you have any issues you would submit your request to our warranty department. If we find it to be an obvious issue with the manufacturing of said item then we will honor the warranty without conferring with the manufacturer.
If however there is any question, then we will be forced to send the item or photos to the manufacturer to get a final determination if they will honor the warranty based on a case by case basis.
