K2 Ryker Review
I love these boots. I started snowboarding a few years ago and have been using a really old pair of boots I purchased from goodwill for $12. They were super heavy and I had really no control. I bought the Rykers as the season came to a close and was fortunate enough to use them for about a week or two on the slopes. The first thing you notice about them is how light they are. I felt like I could do anything on my board as soon as I strapped in. They are very comfortable and stylish as well. The one thing I dont like about them is they damage easily. After only two weeks of abuse, they had scratches and marks all over them from just my bindings. Great boot though.

Wanted a comfortable boot that wouldn't break the bank. This fits the bill and looks cool at the same time. Hopefully they will live up to my expectations.

how is the weight on this boot?
shawn k on Feb 27, 2014
Best Answer: Compared to another boot I owned it is much lighter. The next time I went out on the slopes I could immediately tell the difference and was able to do quite a bit more when it came to pressing and general buttering.

what is the lace harness ????
A shopper on May 16, 2014
Best Answer: These are Boa snowboard boots, meaning that instead of traditional lacing system, to tighten the boots all you have to do is turn the dial, and to loosen the boots all you have to do is pop the dial out and then you can easily remove your foot.

The Boa system is similar to the Speed Lacing system, but the speed laces require you to pull them tight then unwind them and can be slightly tricky to get them to loosen.

Hope this helps!
