In-Mould Technology: A unique technology whose advantage is the bonding of the different layers according to the motto "together we are strong". The hard polycarbonated shell is bonded with the impact - absorbing interior of the helmet. Components will further harden during the process which enables Head to offer more safety with less material. Thus, it is possible to save weight and have more space for the elaborate ventilation systems.

Automatic Thermal Venting: This automatic venting system uses specially designed hole channels in the helmet's outer layer to help hot, humid air escape without letting the cold in. And it works whether you're hiking into the backcountry or hanging in line waiting for your next run.

Lower Microshell (front & rear): Using the same polycarbonated material as the main shell in these areas so helmets will resist nick and dents, and look as good in April as they did in December.
