William J: i wear a size 33-34 and I ordered the large. I prefer them to fit a little on the loose side to allow me to tuck in base layer, they fit perfectly for me. The pants are great with many pockets, just waiting for the snow to fly and put them to the test. Nov 30, 2013

Marc S: You're right in between M and L I would probably start with L because I'd rather have more room than not enough when on the slopes and also for layering on really cold days. If it's really too big exchange for M but you should be fine with L Nov 30, 2013
