A shopper asked: I really want to know if this jacket is warm or not? It just says "lining" so I'm afraid it might be too thin! Apr 14, 2014

T. PearceStaff: It is a Technical Shell jacket so it is supposed to be thin and light and intended for warmer days on the slopes, however if you layer as Jason has suggested you should be fine.

However if you're looking for warm insulated snowboard jackets I would check out our selection of them located here:

Hope this helps!

Derek B: The coat is pretty thin, but I have used it in all kinds of cold conditions, including late January snowmobiling. I used a sweatshirt underneath for that and I was great. Otherwise I just use a good under armor base and the jacket and I'm set snowboarding Apr 14, 2014

Jason V: It's pretty warm. On a cold day you're going to layer anyway so it's kinda irrelevant. It was mid 20's and I wore 3 thin layers under and was fine. If you added a fleece layer you'd still be warm in the single digits. There are no pit zips btw Apr 14, 2014
