Kevin M: Well it depends I bough a large because I wear a large in shirts as well it's a great jacket and iit keeps u toasty warm and it has alot of pockets to keep your stuff safe. I am 5'9 the jacket is pretty long it cuts off around the thigh area and the sleeves are pretty long as well they pass my hand but the good this is that it has this Velcro straps which allows you to tithing it. But I'm all the jacket should be ok. Hope this helps Oct 8, 2013

sean w: I also wear a large shirt, sweat shirt, ect.. so i ordered a large jacket. i feel it is a little big on me. at the time of order i was less than a week away from our big snow trip and ended up keeping it. I enjoyed the Jacket very much but if i was to do it again i probably would have went with one size smaller. i hope this helps Oct 7, 2013

Julian J: I bought an extra large cause I like my snowboard jackets loose. I wear a large to extra large shirt. I fit perfectly in a large before it's washed and dried. So I usually buy extra large shirts so I can wash and dry them and then they fit. I'm 6 foot 175lbs athletic build Oct 7, 2013

Andrew R: I also usually wear a large Tshirt because I need the length. I'm 5'11, 175 lbs. I bought a large jacket and the sleeves hang down to my finger tips, and it's a little bit around the waist area. I'm not swimming in it, but it is a little bit big with a large. Oct 7, 2013

Nick H: I just decided to go one size bigger then what my shirt size was and I like my snowboarding gear to be a little loose so I would probably get a x-large Oct 7, 2013

A shopper asked: Is this a good jacket to buy i am just starting snowboarding this year and want to know if i should get this jacket? Oct 20, 2013

Matt GStaff: The Grenade Explotier Snowboard Jacket is a great jacket to get started with. It has 10k mm & 10k g of waterproof and breathable material and critically taped seams on the hood, shoulders, and arms. It's great for wet snow but it's a good idea to layer up under neither (a hoodie will work fine) for really cold days. Oct 23, 2013

Stephanie M: Yes, I purchased this coat for my boyfriend that snowboards...he loves it for that and also juust to wear during the cold winter months..fit is great and has lots of pockets and an area to listen to your IPOD... Oct 29, 2013

Julian J: Not an extremely warm jacket, and the quality is less than great. Poor pocket quantity and arrangement. Go to a store and try jackets on and get a good look at the quality before purchasing. Oct 29, 2013

Dylan L: This jacket is great, the sizes run a little big. But I like the baggy look anyway. If you're looking for a more fitted look; get a size smaller. Oct 31, 2013

Dawson S asked: which is a better jacket this one or the Grenade Shrapnel snowboarding jacket.?
. I am looking to use it for snowboarding ..

Tracy M: Dawson,
Although I don't know about the shrapnel jacket, I can say that this jacket is very well made and good buy, as long as you know that the jacket is very warm. It is warm to the point that I bought a whole second jacket just for warmer days on hill. For the super cold days this jacket is the best in terms if comfort, durability, and warmth, but is not my go to for spring days.
Hope I helped,
Tracy

Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Dylan L: It depends on what your style is. I like my jackets and pants to be a a bit baggy. But if you want it to be a bit more fitted, go down a size. Hope this helps you bro.

Ps- Cant wait for that powder to start falling!
