GNU Mutant Bindings
These bindings are great to clip on fast! I would say that they are fine for people that do rails and jumps. The feeling is amazing, they are snug and your feet won't move around in them. They are great for beginners and people who want to try crazy stuff at the hills.

Problems after the third time out.
The rubber broke off of the right foot top cap on my third day snowboarding. Not impressed!

XL Is the size listed on The House website. It states 11-14 is the size range. However, when the box arrived the Gnu labeling stated XL size 12-14. I wear an eleven and a half boot. Bindings were way to big.

Why did you choose this? Store
I chose these bindings because the other ones similar to these sold out but happy with the product .

I liked the steel baseplate, and the pressure relief function that goes along with the rear entry. a pretty big pull for me was the big foot styling for this specific colorway.

Looking to be quick off the lifts and ready to ride the powder and parks. Lots of padding and shock absorbtion to save those knees for future steez!

Is this the same model that was recalled by GNU?
Conor G on Nov 22, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Conor,
You have the right year.... and you have a legit concern. I double checked all of these bindings, and they all have the re-designed straps (Post recall). These will be good to go.

Do I need special plate for the Gnu mutant bindings. ? I have a channel board
A shopper on Dec 8, 2015
Best Answer: Yes. The bindings only came with a traditional plate. Not sure if there's an option for a channel plate upon checkout. Super rad bindings though...

What type of snowboard would be good with this binding? I ride a 147 , and like a snowboard that's good for tricks, jumps and rails.
A shopper on Dec 12, 2014
Best Answer: I agree that these may not be the lightest bindings out there. I do recommend that you chat with our Snowboard Specialists to get the perfect match. Your winter will be so much better for it.

Does the GNU " MUTANT " Bindings fit on Burton boards.??
Charles U on Nov 27, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Charles,
Basically no. These GNU Mutant Snowboard bindings use the standard 4-hole mounting system which basically everyone but Burton uses. Are you looking for Burton Channel or Burton 3-D compatibility?
