Jane S: My understanding is "no, there is not" . A helmet should fit well and wear well with goggles.. Most of all it should offer protection.
This is a great helmet and extremely comfortable.

Kelly J: No difference-I love this helmet! Very warm and not too bulky. This helmet would protect your head both skiing and snowboarding. I've had 2 giro helmets and they have both been great. I snowboard but I don't think that just because you are skiing that it wouldn't protect your head the same way when skiing down the slopes. Hope this helps! Mar 31, 2014

Kimberly S: In my opinion you buy what you like in terms of comfort, fit and look. I ski and board and I wear this helmet for both. Enjoy the rest of the season! Mar 31, 2014
