"Great binding"
Pros: eliminated the dead spot on my board Cons:Excellent binding.. really difficult to explain but here goes.... they are extremely flexible side to side, like literally eliminated the dead spot on my board, but have a really good grip on my boots forward and backward.

"Great Look, Great Feel, Great binding"
Pros: good vibes base, flex binding disc, solid constructions Cons: hard to adjust flexing binding disc at first,Great binding. Loved my previous Republics and added these to take advantage of the new base and binding plate. The plate is a little hard to adjust at first, but once you're used to it, it's not a problem. They feel good and really allow you to make a good connection with the board.

"Bindings"
Pros: Super Durable, High Quality, Super Comfortable Cons:I picked these up for my new board for this season and also as backups or replacements in case my old Burtons fail me (screws keep coming loose). They may just become my #1 bindings. Even if I cant ride them yet I still opened up the box and made sure they survived shipping and would fit my boots (mens size 11 burton, medium binding).I am extremely impressed with the quality of these bindings. The straps are snugly and securely attached, everything takes a bit of force to move. These things dont feel flimsy or floppy. Once I had the footbed lengthened and straps approximately located, I put the boot on and strapped in with my foot in the boot. Man these bindings are plush. I tightened them down as much as I could and didnt feel an pressure points, unlike my old bindings. These things lock you down but dont seem to punish you for it.I cant wait to ride these this winter.

"Great Binding!"
Pros: Adjustabilty, Looks, Function Cons: Adjusting set screws,This is a great all around binding! I upgraded from the 2009 ones to these and took em out the other day and loved them! The only thing I disliked are the screws that go on the bottom of the base plate, they can tend to move and come loose.

Pros: Easy to adjust, really comfortable, Cons: None Yet,Just picked up a pair of the Dark Republic Bindings. they feel great and its a snap to adjust. Looking forward to getting on the Mountain and using them

"The New Republic"
Pros: Good Vibes Hinge Disk!!!, Crazy adjustibility, Cons: Heavier than previous years Republics, Bulkier than previous years Republics,Bought these bindings cuz I found them for a ridiculous price. Loved the previous years Republics so I figured I'd give these a shot. They are completely new bindings though. No real relation to previous years Republics. Good vibes hinge disk is an awesome invention, fits perfectly with my Stepchild Jibstick! Bindings have so many options to adjust to suit your needs. However, they claim that you don't need tools to adjust them, I personally think that's BS. I tried adjusting them in my room and I definitely needed a screwdriver. Your call though. They are also a lil heavier and bulkier than previous years, shouldn't really be a big deal though. Stoked to rip with them!!!
