Pros: quick to strap up, inexpensive, Cons: annoying to adjust for perfect fit,

These bindings are fine. I rode with flows for the several years and loved them. Unfortunately my old flows didn't didn't have an adapter for my Burton Custom ICS. These worked perfectly fine with the adapter plates. I was at Killington this past weekend. They felt fine. No Slippage but they still need to get broken in. When setting the high back, watch your fingers because the lock snaps in place quickly. Also, by the 3rd run, one of my foot arches was aching. Hard to tell if it was the boot being to tight (Burton Rulers) but it's more likely it was just the binding needs to be adjusted as I usually don't have problems with those boots. With the four adjustments (none of which have ratchets), it was not easy to readjust the binding settings especially on the mountain. Overall, these bindings are fine but not perfect. I'll probably keep them for the season and then get the EST bindings intended for my board. They are worth a try if you don't have the money for $200+ bindings
