"Partial"
Pros: Easy in/out,
Cons: Don't fit certain boots,
I loved these at first, now I am partially loving/hating these. I went to Sölden this past weekend and it's a pain with gondolas. I have Burton boots, and I have to kick them in the binding. I might get some of the Minx. They are easier than dealing with the straps.

"not my fave"
Pros: easy to put on,
Cons: too soft, adjustment sucks,
my wife owned these and said these bindings are way to soft for anything. she could not go into the powder with these, carve big agrresive turns or anything really. do not buy this binding.

"Flow Flite 2W"
Pros: easy in easy out, ÃÂheap, weight
Cons: not convenient adjustment,
I have Flow Essence and I demo'd this binding.this binding are looks very cheap and this binding are less comfortable than the Flow Essence, because Flite 2W has 2 medial QuickSet buckles and 2 lateral locking Airframe MINIratchets.but both bindings have a very cofortable system of insertion-release. I love this bindings for 'the sistem of Easy to put on/out'

"2011 flow flite 2w"
Pros: inexpensive, easy in easy out, look really clean
Cons: not the most durable,
these things are great for cruising runs. they hold real nice and they're so easy to get in and out of. but do not try to take them in the park. the foam pads in mine came out and i broke a little plastic after a sketchy landing (freakin skier cut me off at the base of the landing)any way flow was great with the warranty it was just a pain in the ass. but if you just looking to hit the groomers by all means these things are AWESOME!!!

"M is too small for my Flow 8.5 boots?"
Pros: Cheap, Good looking , Easy entry
Cons: Hard setup, Medium seems too small for 8.5?,
I happened to like my Flow Lotus 2011 boots so decided to go for the same brand's bindings, as I heard the same brand's boots + bindings match well. Also liked the fact that Flow bindings are compatible with Burton's boards, which I considered to buy in future. But as I posted my pictures in the Community here, my Medium binding, which is supposed to accommodate up to size 9, my 8.5 size looks pretty tight - almost no strip space is left for extension. So be careful. Also my toe seems 1 inch more out from binding than heel, so I am trying to change the highback but screws don't want to come out!! With all of this, Large binding might be actually a better fit. Oh I have a high arch/wide foot, so that eats up the straps... But I love the feeling of snag (not tight), can't wait to test it out on snow.

"Looks good, Feels good!"
Pros: Easy to put on, Comfortable, Looks good
Cons:
I recently bought these bindings and so far so good! They look great AND feel great! I used them on my Burton board with Ride boots and was able to fit them just fine. Like any other Flow bindings, these give you easy access, quickens your ride, and is very convenient. And for the price, why the heck wouldn't you get these!!?
