Solid construction
Solid construction, have been using this particular binding for years and will continue to do so. Tyrolia bindings are the best, partly because they invented the "modern" step-in binding.

Work on maven 88s?
A shopper on Oct 21, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have them on the 2013 Fischer Watea 88 and they work great. Difference between the skis is you have the addition of the tail rocker, the full twin, and a little less sidecut which makes for a little more park versatility... the bindings have just about every release mechanism you can think of, so I would think it'd work well for in the park if that's what you're into. I'm not big into the park but I can tell you they work well for just about everything else. Just make sure you get the right brake width and you should be good to go.
I've got some X13 Fisher Bindings on a used set of Wateas I got last year. Skis were very good condition with little wear, though the bindings seem like they've got more time on them. It seems as though the toe spring on both toes has been worn out. I've got to crank both toes up to 13 and they pop out as if they are set about at a DIN of 8. Is there a way to replace the spring/rubber/whatever the tension device is?

BEST ANSWER: Never had a problem with premature release.
Just a question for you. Are you foot swiveling. I find that if I maintain forward pressure ie: knees bent body erect these skis and bindings works as advertised. I am 225 @ 6'
I have Watea 106. You did not specify what ski width your Watea is.
The 106 does not foot swivel at all.
Will these work with my Liberty LTE (team edition) 2011 skis? theyre 165 cm tall. and 76b mm waist (i think)
Kobe A on Dec 25, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Kobe. These bindings have a brake width of 130mm. When it comes to binding fit, you ideally want the binding's brake width to be roughly 5mm wider then your ski's waist width. This binding will work, but your brakes will hang pretty far off the edge of your skis.
The description contradicts itself. Is the brake width 130mm or 115mm?
A shopper on Jan 2, 2015
BEST ANSWER: We have the Fischer X 13 Ski Bindings in the 130mm size.
I have a pb & j moment skis all mountain and powder these bindings help me? which do you recommend?
ereeira p on Feb 25, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Realistic price on a very realistic non-racing binding. Fits my Watea 106 perfect and works as advertised.
Could these be used as park bindings?
A shopper on Jan 27, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Yes, you can use the Fischer x 13 bindings for park skiing. They're lightweight, have a solid construction, and great hold.
Would this work if my ski has a 108 mm waist?
If so which size would i get?
