A 5150 Sect Snowboard Helmet is a good purchase for both a beginners to snowboarding and for the more advanced snowboarder. The outside of the helmet is made from a thermoplastic material which is hard and lightweight at the same time. Those new to the sport will appreciate the easy to remove, washable linings. This helmet also has a built in goggle holder to prevent the goggles from slipping. Which is an important consideration for experienced snowboarders doing tricks.

"first helmet"
Pros: light weight, good fit, comfortable Cons: no chin strap,Is a good first helmet, light weight so it is not very noticable oe uncortable, also you can remove ear peices(good if you have headphones) only downside is there was no chin strap so the buckle got alittle irritating. Overall good first helmet.

Pros: protective, nice fit, adjustable Cons: none yet,this helmet i used actually for biking around this year but will be used next year while boarding. i have a fairly big head and it still fits nice. the adjustable ratchet makes it last even longer. i had a bike fall earlier this summer and hit my head, nothing happened to my head. it looks cool and is very comfortable and would be a great choice for bike riders, boarders, or skiers. its fairly light weight so it will not weigh you down. this great helmet sells for a great price also.
