paul d: The waist harness runs too small, I,m a over 200lb guy and went with a extra large, but with a wet suit on and a few extra lbs in the belly my Epic harness is useless,, I should have sent it back, or I need to loss 60Lbs, I will take it apart and use the parts to fix my old extra large harness that fits. The epic harness is too small even the extra large ;-{ Nov 1, 2013

Tom M: I would say to go with the seat harness instead of a waist harness for greater relaxation. Both should work.
Make sure you clip (if it doesn't have a clip use a carabiner to clip) the "stay" onto the harness. It can be a pain to retrieve a stay if it goes loose and gets blown up into the rigging.
