Staff Review
Dave here at The House talking about the Drake Leblanc Snowboard Bindings. Based loosely off their F50 chassis, with few upgrades that he chose for the binding. Basically what you’re looking at is a super reliable binding. It’s got a really good smooth operating ratchet, both on exit and entrance. You can cut of your circulation with these if you want to. From there it is going to be over the top traditional toe strap, the ankle strap is leather. It’s one of the upgrades he wanted to have for the binding. From there, you got a really, really nice base plate, you’ve got padding in the rear, but then the foot bed extends all the way over the disk plate, that’s going to help keep your hardware clear of the snow, keep it from rattling loose, and also give full contact to your boots, so you get really good board feel, really good control from it. High back does have a quick adjust, on the forward lean, so if you’re jumping from cruising around to the pipe, just a couple of clicks and you’re ready to rock. Padded high back, Delta 2 base plate, super responsive, very lightweight. This one does have aluminum heal cup, so it does take all the power from the high back puts it to the base plate really efficiently, it’s also adjustable so it will accommodate a range of boot sizes. Got these at a really, really good price on the site. It’s a reliable binding, definitely very comfortable, great way to create a package price.
