The DC size chart shows only men and womens sizes, how do I know what size to get for my son?

Age - 6-8
Height - 46-51 inches
Pant Inseam - 24.25 inches

Age - 8-10
Height - 51-56 inches
Pant Inseam - 25.75 inches

DC does not offer waist measurements for their youth pant sizes.
