David R: It is very thin... Pretty much just like a hoodie, but it is very warm... I wore a hoodie under the jacket and I was just fine... Not sure if you like longer jackets or not but it was a tad longer then I expected, but it isn't one that goes to your knees... Mine comes down a little about mid thigh... Overall I am happy with my purchase... Nov 30, 2013

Matthew D: Not thick at all but surprisingly warm. Seems like it would benefit from a layer of fleece underneath. I still made it through a Minnesota winter in it with no complaints :-) Nov 30, 2013

Jason P: Its actually pretty thin. Haven't got to wear mine snowboarding yet, but I'm guessing you'll definitely have to layer up. Fits and feels great for sire. Nov 30, 2013

Robert C asked: Is this softshell as waterproof as a hardshell, or at least close? I see it is rated at 10,000mm but I don't necessarily trust the numbers, I wanted to know from someone that has used it in the snow, preferably messing conditions to see how dry it stays. Jan 11, 2014

BONVU.COM Paul M: I used it in New Zealand last August conditions were clear for most of the trip , it is a soft shell but kept me dry I had no problems with it , it's light weight and comfortable but it does not have a lift pass pocket in the chest .. Otherwise it's pretty good ! Hope that helps Jan 11, 2014
David R: I haven't worn it in messy conditions yet, but I stayed dry wearing it in normal/powdery conditions... I took quite a few spills in it when I was trying to get my new board setup dialed in and never had an issue... It's a good jacket, definitely like it... Jan 11, 2014

MELISSA B: I'm sorry, I am not sure. My son didn't end up taking it with him on his trip & now he just uses it for a jacket when it is really cold-we live in a part of Texas that rarely sees snow. Jan 11, 2014
