The coat runs very large
Purchased the medium for my 10 year old daughter... The coat was huge. I can usually fit into a kids XL or an adult XS/S. This coat fit me and the arms were still long.

Looked to be a great coat, just poorly sized.

my daughter wears a10 shirt, she is age 8, tall and slim for her age, what size would you suggest?
Stephen J on Dec 1, 2014
Best Answer: Stephen,
DC suggests that an S would measure for someone roughly 50 to 52 inches tall, and measures roughly 26in around the chest. An M more like 53 to 56 in tall and 29in around the chest. Hopefully this can guide you a bit. If it works, go with the S.

How heavy is this coat? Good for skiing in CO?
A shopper on Dec 1, 2014
Best Answer: This DC Fuse jacket is warm, but may not be perfect for those most arctic of days. Further it is designed for an active outdoor person using with layers.
