This shred is in session, the verdict is in, DC rules that the Judge boots are all you need to make a good time better.

Key Features of the DC Judge Snowboard Boots:
  • Flex: 8
  • Aerotech Ventilation System: Molded vents in the shell and liner work in unison to release unwanted moisture away from the riders foot. This proprietary system will keep your feet warm and dry and prevent bacteria build up.
  • Constrictor Hybrid System
  • 3D Tongue
  • Articulation
  • Molded backstay
  • Internal Ankle Harness
  • UniLite: DC's proprietary outsole technology, UniLite provides traction, durability, dampening, and cushioning all while drastically reducing weight. UniLite soles feature distinct traction patterns for ascending, descending, and skating around with our Push Zone tread pattern. The snow-shedding traction designs also prevent snow from building up and clogging bindings.
  • BOA Coiler
  • Alpha Liner: Multi density zones, neoprene ankle strap, aerotech system, aegis, full grain leather collar top on status and terrain models, anatomical j-bars

great boots
There's not much I can say about the bo ours because they are just great. They have everything you could want in a boot with the double boa to being very warm and ventilated. At first I found them hard to put on and take off, but I just had to loosen the boa straps a bit. They're a bit stiff though so some people might be put off by that

Really Great
I had the old style ones from the first year they came out. After they finally ripped last year, I decided it was time for a new pair. Glad I stuck with these. I love how tight the Boa gets the boot. I also love the stiffness of the boot. I think that's one of the main things when you talk about responsiveness in a set up. The bindings can really be as stiff or loose as you want. You'll still be able to get serious response when your shins and heels aren't pulling out because the laces loosened during the day. The price for last years model is the only way to buy boots. The tech from first year to second year of a product is usually a big gap but when it comes to 8th and 9th iterations you're not seeing much

Why did you choose this?
The-House.com Store
a friend recommended a similar type of boot. after using these boots i am completely satisfied. i had an issue with my last pair didn't quite fit my foot right. it was cutting off circulation to my feet. so basically you pay the higher price for a better quality boot.

I read on the version of the Judge they run small. Is it the same with this one or should I just get the same size as my Burton boots?
Mike E on Oct 3, 2013
Best Answer: The DC Judge Snowboard Boots tend to run the same size as Burton boots, however, DC boots tend to be a little narrower in ball / toe box area.
