Staff Review

Dave here at The House, talking about super wicked, awesome, happy, fun time Dub Apprentice snowboard boots. And, basically, what you're looking at is a super good price point snowboard boot. It's got a lot of features you don't usually see on snowboard boots at this price. First off, start with the liner. You've got a sole and liner that's going to provide really good out-of-the-box fit. You don't have to, you know, walk around and mold these a ton, like you would with, say, some of the other snowboard boots we carry.
Pretty cool liner in this one, it's actually got a hard sole to it. So you can walk around, you know, and then put your foot into the shell later on. Say, like you're driving to a resort, or whatever, you can just ride these in the car. It's got a neoprene panel in the front, here. That's going to allow your toes to flex and also reduce the toe to heel length on the snowboard boot.
This one does feature the Easy Lace system, which makes it really, really easy to get in and out of the liner. It gives you really good heel hold. Other than that, you do have handles on both the outer and the liner to make it easier to get into. That would be about it for the liner.
Moving on to the outer, here. You've got a traditional lace setup. It does have some lace protection going on the bottom so you're not tearing up your laces up, going up the lift. From there, you've got a 3-D molded tongue, it's going to go into the calf really nicely. Rubber sole. Pretty aggressive tread pattern, it's going to work good for hiking the pipe, doing, kind of, back country stuff. Flex in this bad-boy. I'd say it's, you know, one being soft, 10 being stiff, we looking at, probably, a four.
Good for entry level to intermediate, all-mountain to freestyle. If you're a free-rider, or if you've been riding for more than a couple years, you might want to look at, you know, a little bit nicer snowboard boot. But, for people just getting into it, or for freestylers looking to get a cheap snowboard boot. It's the way to go, for sure. Dub Apprentice snowboard boots. Rock 'em.
