for $4 its so much better than your board hurling its way down the mountain. I bought this after it happened to me, i took a break and next thing i know my board is gone...cheap and it wont let you down A+ good buy
I bought one for my son to use and saw how easy it was to get out of I decided to buy one for myself. Previously had a short leash which was hard to get off since it was under pants.Love that its aliitle on the long side and has a large buckle which make it easy to get on and off.
I like most things from dakine even though in my opinion they seem like a 3rd party brand for snowboard industry. Dakine leash holds up well. I tested it on all my boards off my hands and they hold the board even with it bouncing around. Good dependable leashes from dakine. Get yours today!
i got this leash so i could legally ride at crystal mountain in michigan. i am glad i got it even though i didnt think i needed it. i was on the top of a black diomond run and i caught my back edge and my boots actually came out of my bindings. i am very glad i wasnt running all the way down the mountain after my board. i also use this on my wakeboard for a camera i use on it. i have a suction cup mount that you can put on anything flat. i really didnt want to take a chance on losing my camera so i just attatched this leash to it. i have complete trust in this leash and i highly recommend this. i mean its just 5 bucks.
my friend didnt know i have leash on and they tried to prank me but they failed. its really helpful and sometimes it just happen when youre chasing your board but with this leash, you wont see this happen.
Overall this is a good leash for anyone. It is easy to get on and off and fits on pretty much any binding without hassle. It does get a little annoying when you want to get out of your binding just because it is so long, but its not that big of a deal
Not a huge fan of leashes incase i have to get out of my board to hike at all, but some resorts have a leash law to prevent run-away boards if bindings fail, which i have never seen happen. but check before you go up, if your mountain has a leash law, get this leash and save yourself the hassle when you get up there
