  • "nice warm thermal"

    , Richmond, VA
Pros: 3/4 cut , warm, Cons:

thes are really nice because unlike other thermals these ones you have room for your soocks because these are 3/4 cut. these ar great and very warm.

  • "perfect for skiiers (and probably snowboarders?)"

    , Canberra, ACT
Pros: warm, soft, 3/4 length didnt get stuck in my boots Cons: none,

while i felt like charlie out of its always sunny in philadelphia wearing them, they were toasty warm (i didnt realise how warm til i didnt wear them), and were super comfy. i have my ski boots tight, especially in deep powder, and these didnt get stuck in my boots at all. much better for skiing then the full length ones i bought; which i ended up just using for apres stuff.

  • "good idea for thermals"

    , Bloomingtion, IN
    Pros: warm, Cons:

having the thermals only go down to where your socks are pulled up was such a great idea by dakine. i hate it when my socks and thermals bundle up in my boot, its the most irritating feelin to have a bump keep pokin at your calves when riding. these keep you warm and happy at the same time.

  • "Great!"

    , Roseville, MN
Pros: warm, soft, great fit Cons:

Just like everyone else says - You will wonder what took you so long to figure out that 3/4 is the way to go.

  • "Great idea"

Pros: The cut of the thermal, Cons: I can never find anything heavy enough,

These thermals are warm for how thick they are. The best thing about them is the cut of them makes working with socks and/or boots much easier. You really don't need ankle length thermals and these guys finally made something that would not put extra material where I don't wnat it.

  • "Nice pair"

    Pros: Fits, Useful, Cons:

With heavy boots and socks, it gets cramped in my boots around my ankle. I used to find myself adjusting my pant legs as they could bunch up and start to hurt in the tight boot. Now with these 3/4 pants, that no longer happens. So this is good for people like me that don't want to tuck their pants deep into their boots if they don't have to.

  • "Finally!!"

Pros: Doesn't get bunched up in boots, Warm, Comfortable Cons: a bit too tight around my calfs,

Finally something that makes sense. picked these up for cheap money and i'll never go back to full length base layers. pair these up with some nice wool socks and you'll stay warm and won't have your pants bunch up in your boots.

  • "No more Wet and Cold! "

Pros: Warm, wick sweat away, good fit, Cons: none,

This is one of my favorite thermal simply because it ends at just below the caf where you sock meet. This provided a perfect combination because it just touches the sock while staying staying away from your boot. Ultimately the fit of this thermal provide great movement and comfort at the same time. It fits like a normal thermal, but a bit snug towards the knee area. Overall, great buy!

  • "Great Fit, Warm Too!"

Pros: Not Too Long, Great Fit, Warm! Cons:

I bought these when a large snowstorm hit my town, and I needed something to keep the cold wind as well as the snow out of my pants. They worked great, and I wear them every time I go boarding instead of wearing sweatpants under my snow pants. I would recommend these thermal pants to anyone!

  • "Great thermal"

    , AUSTIN, TX
Pros: warm, comfortable , Cons: none,

Got this thermal while living in Boston. Great under your jeans for walking during freezing days. Also great for snowboarding in the VERY COLD east coast ski centers. The only problem for me is that I moved to Austin. The thermals are not very helpful here, unless you want a portable sauna. And for skiing in the west coast a good snowboard pants will probably do the work without any thermal (at least for me it does). However if you are really sensitive to cold you may find these thermals useful in the west coast.

  • "Great Thermal"

    , KENT, WA
Pros: warm, sized right, Cons: none,

I bought a size XL thinking they would be a bit smaller than an XL and fit like a large. This was due to me having this problem in the past having kinda big legs. So these were a bit almost baggy on me but they still were perfectly warm and very comfortable.

  • "Buy your right size"

Pros: warm , sized right, Cons: none,

I bought a size XL thinking they would be a bit smaller than an XL and fit like a large. This was due to me having this problem in the past having kinda big legs. So these were a bit almost baggy on me but they still were perfectly warm and very comfortable.

  • "great buy"

Pros: not too loose, warm, breathable Cons:

really good shants. Never had a pair before. and I'm glad i bought these ones. they fit really well and you don't have that extra layer inside your boots.

  • "Nice Therms"

    , CANTON, MI
    Pros: Fit, Warmth, Cons: None,

Fit as advertised, good for layering. Not the warmest therms available (they are mid. weight after all) but perfect for me under my shells.

  • "Good Thermals"

    , Sacramento, CA
    Pros: Good fit, warm, Cons:

Great thermals. They don't go all the way down so there is room for your sock and you don't have to worry about tucking them into your boots. Perfect length and comfort!

  • "Tight'ish below the knees"

    , Penticton, BC
Pros: Good moisture handling, Cons: Tightish below the knee which makes it always , feel like it's there.,

These are tight'ish around the knees. I bought the small size and probably could have ordered a medium. The use of the 3/4 seemed helpful to avoid overlapping the socks which would make for a weird fit having to stuff them into the boot. Maybe the tightness will go away.

  • "Knickers!"

Pros: Short leg, Doesn't overlap in boot, Cons: None,

With regular length thermals, I always pull them up so they don't go into my boot, but then it's all bunchy at the knee. With the 3/4 length, I pull my sock up to cover the lower leg, and everything is more comfortable. These are great.

  • "Good Thermal"

    , Meridian, ID
Pros: Warm, Dry, 3/4 length Cons:

This is a good quality thermal. Mabey a little on the thin side of midweight, but definitely thicker than my Burton lightweight thermal shant. Also the sizing runs smaller than the Burton's I have. The 3/4 length is great. goes down to about the top of your boot, so no bunching up inside them.

  • "GO 3/4"

    , san diego, CA
Pros: Love the length, Good fabric, Cons:

DaKine mid-layers are pretty solid. It's not the best fabric for wicking, but the do the job for a great price. These are my new favorites because they are 3/4 length. They don't overlap your socks and bunch up in your boots. Full legnth thermal pants are annoying.

  • "Nice thermals"

    , WILTON, CT
    Pros: good fit, warm, Cons:

Great pair of thermals, only thing is that it doesnt go all the way down to your ankles, it a little bit after your knees
