this replaces the car in my mistral sailboard...i tested it on the mast base first before installing it, it also fit perfectly into the slider. All is well.

I have an old mid-80's O'Brien beginner sailboard and rig. I put the board and rig down for a couple decades but recently have started riding it on a local lake. Last time out I lost the nut that fits within the aluminum slider on the board and screws onto the single bolt bottom of the mast base. I'm at a loss on where to look for a replacement nut? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

BEST ANSWER: The Chinook Slider For Mistral Track will fit a board with a flush mounted internal mast track, that had a moving track car in it. If the track has no car and a square hole at the end of the track it would take a smaller nut:

I need the nut for the boom base on an O'Brien board. Can you supply?

Do you have tape to repair windsurfing sails?
Frank F on Aug 31, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Frank - unfortunately we do not carry the sail repair tape any longer. Try calling Bill in our gear dept at 800.992.7245 and he can see if we may have anything left.
Frankly been years since I got a question about sail tape...I use duct tape but that tends to obscure the visibility a bit.
