What diameter pole will fit on top, and does the base come with the proper screw to tighten it to the windsurfing board?
Kenny V on May 16, 2015
Best Answer: Hi Kenny,
This is just the base, you would still need an extension similar to this: . Second question: The screw will fit any modern board.

I have a f2 stratos with a sliding adjustable mast track. Which universal joint do I need to purchase to replace my broken one?
Robin T on Oct 23, 2013
Best Answer: Robin - noticed your unanswered question.
Bare with my reply if it is too simplistic as I'm not sure of your windsurfing experience - plenty of people try their best to piece together old gear so that's the tact that I'm taking.
With a sliding track you'll first and foremost need to recover your attachment pin. If you don't have that then we're in a bit of trouble. From there you will need to determine what type of extension that you have. With your track pin determine if it is male or female threaded. It will then either screw into the Chinook Rubber U-Joint seen here or be coupled with the 30 or 40mm stud seen here and Keep in mind to use locktite 262 (permanent) in all cases. Building up from the U-Joint you will need to consider your extensions. If Chinook or Fiberspar then build up with the Chinook base cup kit

Hope this helps.
