Tyler C: I broke my last one and cannot windsurf without it. Aug 4, 2013
Eric S asked: Is this a standard cup-style connector that slips over the mast-foot? I have a bunch of 90's equipment with at least two different diameter cups, and one that's actually slighly squared off instead of completely round. So I have to be careful when I look into cup-style extensions - thanks! Feb 11, 2014

Lyle F: Maybe you should look into getting this kind of mast base system depending on if you ride mistral or not, they were a big company in the 90s.

you would want to have the mast base universal already though, otherwise go for the new setup.

    both work great

Rob C: It's round and slips over the mast foot and has two holes for the mast foot to click in and stay. Does not seem to be squared off. Hope that helps. Feb 11, 2014

Eric S: Hey Rob, thanks for the feedback. Do you happen to have a measurement on the diameter of the opening? I only ask because I learned the hard way that not all cup diameters are the same. Also, can you tell me the diameter (mm) of the two side-holes into which the clips fit? Similar lesson - not all the clips are the same! Sorry to be a pest, thanks! Feb 11, 2014
