You want to hit the slopes hard, and really crank up the speed, but that means the wind is also going to hit back as hard. The Celtek Cannon Facemask, with its nylon mesh fabric, velcro straps, and neck scoop, is the perfect antidote. This mask covers everything from the nose on down, and its reversible.
I always had breathing problems with the face masks that i used. most of the time i would end up wearing them as neck gators and going bare faced. This face mask has excellent air circulation without sacrificing warmth. it's definitely not the warmest thing out there but everything else restricted my breathing. The issue i had with it is when you wear a helmet with it and you pull it down sometimes it will want to stay down. I just never pull it down since it breathes nice.
i only recommend this face mask for 30degree or above temperature. the nose/mouth area consist of two pieces of mesh only. although its very breathable, it did not keep me warm. another thing that bothered me was the velcro. it always pokes my neck and it irritates me. it also ruined the neck part of my under armour smock tops since it sticks to it. i would recommend the Celtek Scribble face mask for colder temps since it has a fleece layer inside and a mesh layer on the outside to make still it breathable. the scribble face mask fits over your head so you dont have to deal with velcros. if your head is too big, becareful though because it might not fit over your head. it is a little tight for me and i wear a size small r.e.d. reya helmet
