VERY warm
This is my first balaclava, so maybe they all work this well. This one is easy to get on and off, keeps me warm as toast, even when someone nails me with a snowball.

I use these for bicycling. I like non-cotton, breathable, versatile since some of my excursions encompass a wide variety of temperatures. I also bike at Big Bear......in the winter.

Is this considered a warm ski mask?

BEST ANSWER: Just used mine in Steamboat CO for the recent snow shower. Love it, warm enough, and breathable. It was probably -2 windchill, and i couldn't find anything to complain about.
