Great grip with subtle appearance
I've spent a few days on these studs now and would recommend them to just about anyone. The individual "buttons"are separate, allowing you to utilize any pattern you want. I ended up going with a similar pattern as pictured with them spread evenly across the top deck. They're roughly 5mm tall from base to peak. Their height, and peaks, allow them to grip much better than many pads I've used in the past.

If you're looking for great grip, without a cluttered appearance your search stops here.

It's functional as a stomp pad and adds a sick matte black finish to my board

Good grip
Durable pointed studs grip well even on snowy boards. Individually applied studs allow for flexible layout to accommodate stance, large boots and board art.

I needed to have the ability to place the studs near the heel edge so I can dig in when getting off the lift and dodge the barney that fell in front of me.

these are for the new board I got my son...I have used these on my board for years. I like them better than pads cause you can place them to your personal comfort, very durable.

Best Answer: I don't have a tape measure handy but they are slightly larger than a nickle and smaller than a quarter.
