good for driving gloves
i use these for driving gloves and walking around. they work ok. the touch screen function is touchy. get it? touchy?! but seriously. it works in a pinch. ohh man!

the only real issue i have is that the palm sides of these gloves hold water. if you get a wet snow and try and clear your windshield, your gloves wont dry out for a while.

as for snowboarding/skiing... i dont really use them for that. ive never seen a situation where such light, non-waterproof gloves would be useful. all of my ski gloves come with their own liners. these would certainly be warm enough. but like i said. the leathery palm side holds water, and even when it is dry, its not as insulating as a wool or synthetic lofty material would be.

id certainly buy it again for my use.
