Description: Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves

This is what happens when pipe gloves pump iron. Burly, low-profile, and breathable warmth.
When we asked Shaun White if contests should be judged on how many rotations riders could spin per minute, he just turned and walked away. But he did walk away with a pair of Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves. Good thing too, because when you ride as much as he does you need the waterproof/breathable benefits of Gnar Guard genuine leather and DRYRIDE Insane Membrane 2.0. The superior warmth-to-weight of Thermacore Insulation packs a surprising punch, making these gloves way warmer than you'd expect in such a low-profile package. The zippers at the wrists also help with sliding them on, and keeping them on;because when you wear the R.P.M.'s you're bound to spin yourself into another time zone.

Key Features of the Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves:
  • Gnar Guard Leather Shell and Palm
  • Waterproof DRYRIDE Insane Membrane 2.0
  • Thermacore Insulation
  • Brushed Microfiber Fixed Lining
  • Zippered Cuff
  • Ergonomic Pre-Curved Fit

Casey G: Wanted white gloves. Also have always had cold hands due to a case of frostbite when I was younger. Therefore, insulation is a HUGE deal to me in order to avoid the sting of winter cold. Nov 29, 2013

Nicholas L: They only strap they have is to secure it your wrist. The zipper on the side is used to keep them snug, which they do a pretty solid job. I haven't had much of a problem with snow getting in. Dec 15, 2013

A shopper asked: are these more of just a pipe play glove or can they stay dry and warm all day in pretty heavy snow and wet conditions?? Dec 15, 2013

Matt GStaff: The Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves are one of the best cold weather gloves I've EVER ridden in. They're really warm and have a fairly slim profile for the amount of warmth they provide. The leather seams to last forever, the microfiber lining is soft, and the Dryride membrane keeps these babies uber dry.

If I could give the Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves a rating I'd give them 10 out of 10 stars. They're seriously worth every cent.

Matt GStaff: THe Burton R.P.M. Leather Gloves come with Nikwax (Waterproffing Wax for Leather) which waterproofs, conditions, provides breathability, and protects from dirt if applied to leather. I highly recommend apply the Nikwax to the R.P.M. gloves before use. Dec 16, 2013
