Gortex does the Job
This mitten does the job especially with Goretex. It stays warm and looks pretty cool in Plaid. However, the liner glove it is pretty uncomfortable; something softer would have been great

100% H2O Proof!
Mitts are the way to go if you're a boarder. It keeps your fingers warm and together when you fall. Also, the gortex on these gloves makes them a lifetime product; with the exception of natural wear and tear. My gloves unfortunately tore under a year bc the edges on my board were so sharp that it was cutting my gloves apart...totally my fault. Anyways, pay a little more for the gortex and be confident in your gear

Almost Perfect
These are the holy grail of mittens, if you don't know about gore-tex it's the absolute best for waterproofing and breathability. These mitts come with a fingered liner to keep it dexterous although it doesn't need it cause they are so warm. 4 stars only cuz they run a little big, i got the small and they fit like mediums. Also the gauntlet slides down your wrist so it's not that functional. otherwise this is the best for keeping your hands toasty and dry

Great Gloves
Extremely warm and great waterproofing. The liners are also great to wear around when its not too cold out and the liners have great grip on them.

Don't Like inserts
If you are like me and wondering if you should switch to mittens for the warmth then I'd say do it. These are really warm.

I read that these mittens run small. I think the complete opposite. These run big if anything. I've always worn small and decided to go with medium and these feel huge on me. And if you are like me and will use without inserts than they will feel even bigger

Burton Goretex Snowboard Mitts
I have had these mittens for three seasons and can always rely on them. I love that they have a liner so I can take the mitten of and still be versatile with the glove liner. Only problem I have is that I have lost the liner two different times

Burton Gore snowboard mitt
Burton goretex snowboard mitts are incredibly warm and keep your hands toasty, or even hot while snowboarding. I prefer them without the inserts since they catch up snow and get damp. Awesome mittens by Burton to have

good mitts for keeping warm
Both me and my sis have this mitt, but i gotta get a new one. not sure what happened, but i think my wetsuit was hanging over my mitts....but long story short, i think the salt water left over from rinsing it erroded the part where you wipe your nose with on the thumb

I would like to know if the size election is for women o men? It doesn´t say.
A shopper on Sep 3, 2013
Best Answer: I believe they are for men. I wear men's Large, but I got the XL so that they could be worn with wrist guards. XL was great, comfy, perfect size, and I could even use them without the guards. I am 6'2 165.

Sadly, I lost this pair(I think I left them on top of my car and drove home,) but if I could I'd buy them again.

do these have a string to put around your wrist, so when you're on the chairlift you don't accidentally drop them?!
mara s on Sep 2, 2013
Best Answer: Yes they do. They also come with an inner glove for extra warmth and they keep your hands dry and warm.

I'm not able to measure my son's hands because this is a Christmas present. He is 19 years old, about 5'8" and 145-150 lbs. should I order a medium or large? Thanks!
A shopper on Dec 14, 2013
Best Answer: I have no real way of knowing your sons hand size from height and weight. I'd go with a similar size to gloves he has previously owned. Too big is usually better than too small...
