"I expected more from Burton"
Pros: Fits perfect, Simple,
Cons: Not warm, Not completely waterproof, Leather cracks/rips
Had these gloves for about 8 months and I honestly was NOT happy with them. I really expected more from Burton. They fit pretty well and they stay true to their size, I always wear a medium. First off, they do not keep your hands/fingers warm. They are also SOAKED inside and out by the end of the day. Finally the leather palm actually cracked and started to rip. My roommates all go gortex gloves and I should have also. Because of these gloves, I will never buy any leather gloves again.

"Baker"
Pros: warm, durable, price
Cons:
first off, these gloves aren't waterproof... my hands got wet just from strapping in during the course of the day. thats a deal breaker for me right there. spend your money on gore - tex gloves, your hands will thank you for it.

"Burton Baker Under Snowboard Gloves"
Pros: warm, comfortable, durable
Cons: might get wet,
there's no visible damage after using them for a season. always warm. can get wet, but still will be warm enough. like leather palms, looks cool. have straps, so they can be attached to a jacket(my previous gloves didn't have it, so i just forgot them on a bench one day)

"Excellent gloves!"
Pros: Warm, even if the inside gets wet!, Comfortable all day, Easy to put on and remove with wrist guards under
Cons: Snow/Ice can get to the wrist area!, Inside gets wet eventually,
I have these gloves to use, and they are high construction quality! These gloves are extremely warm, and feels extremely comfortable. The size feels true to fit, large fits like a large!
When I use these gloves they get wet inside because snow gets to my wrist when I fall or slide on snow. This will cause a little discomfort, I don't know if I am wearing them wrong? I tried getting it over my jacket sleeve, and under, but it eventually works its way so that my wrist will make contact with snow. Although the inside of the gloves get wet from this eventually, these gloves are still able to maintain warmth to a point that I don't notice that its wet inside, unless I remove it and then put it back on to find out its wet.
Even if its wet inside I am able to get these gloves on and off my hands with easy. I will be using these gloves for the rest of the season (I borrowed it from a friend so I suppose I own it for this season).
These gloves are a good buy for the price given the performance it has from my experience. I don't mind shaking off some snow from my wrist if I fall, because if I don't fall, my hands are toasty!

"Nice and warm "
Pros: Warm, Relatively dry,
Cons:
I used to own a pair of 686 gloves, and believe me they were good. i used them for 2 seasons and they're still standing. i replaced them with the bakers, and i can't be happier. these gloves are decently priced and offer warmness and keeps you pretty dry. the gloves are leather coated so it's relatively resilient

"PERFECT GLOVES"
Pros: True Fit, Extremely warm, Well made
Cons: Under-glove style ,
These gloves are great, I ordered a pair with the glove liners. The shell glove is so warm I've never been tempted to try them with the liners (liners are more like pipe gloves). These are nearly indestructible. The only problem I have is the styling of the under glove. I'm a huge fan of gloves with the snow skirts, seems less pow gets in that way. Definitely purchase these gloves.
