Worth the money
Awesome bag! The bag is huge and can fit more stuff than you probably have and do it with no problems. This is not a complaint but be aware that a board, boots, and bag weigh in at over 30 pounds. So if you start throwing other stuff in you will bust the 50 pound weight limit at the airport with ease. Don't think about it just buy it.

I want a good solid bag to fly with that wouldn't damage my board even if the bag is thrown around by the Airline folks.

Wondering about the differences between the Burton Wheelie Locker and the Wheelie Board Bags. From what I can tell, the Wheelie Locker has the telescoping handle and a spine; other than the size & weight, are there any other differences?
Ben R on Dec 10, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I have had the wheelie gig bag for several seasons, just purchased the wheelie locker, I would rather have purchased another gig bag the wheelie gig bag, i can fit more in the gig bag because the initial bag is lighter, the airline weight restriction won't allow me to load up the locker with all my gear.
I carry a regular and a split board and the gear that goes along with split boarding.

But that said the locker is an awesome bag, I would also suggest if you can some how weigh your gear you would pack and add the bag weight which should be listed under the bag specs. If you are around the airlines weight limit, you'd be good to go
Does the telescoping handle run the length of the bag when collapsed? (serving as the spine of the bag?)
Ben R on Dec 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: No the handle of the Burton Wheelie Locker Snowboard Bag is only about 18" when telescoping. There is however a spine to the board to keep it rigid but it's not the handle that serves as the spine
what is the weight?
A shopper on Nov 8, 2014
BEST ANSWER: I don't have a specific weight for the Burton Wheelie Locker but I do own one and they don't weigh much.
I load mine with 2 boards, 2 pair of bindings, 1 pair of boots, jacket, pants, goggles, tune kit and a bunch of miscellaneous small stuff without ever going over the 75 pound weight limit at the airline.
Do you have this in stock at the store?
Ben F on Feb 5, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Yep! If any product is available online, we can get it for you in the shop.
What is the weight of this bag alone?
Sid D on Dec 24, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hey,
It will be around 9lbs.
Can you fit your helmet boots and your pants and jacket in it? and how many boards could you fit in it?
Jake G on Dec 10, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Hi Jake. Yes you can. You could probably fit two or three boards in it.
What is the maximum volume for the 181 cm Burton Wheelie Locker Snowboard Bag?
Susie H on Sep 2, 2014
BEST ANSWER: Susie,

This bag is big. No specific volume size was listed anywhere, but the dimensions are listed at the bottom of the "Key Features" section. However, The Burton Wheelie Locker 181 will have no trouble holding two full Snowboard set-ups and all the accompanying gear.
