if i have a board that is 156cm, would a bag that is 166cm hold my boots, bindings and helmet?
Adam L on Jan 5, 2014
Best Answer: I own this bag and it holds my 156 board with bindings, 160 board (no bindings) pair of snowboard boots, snowboard jacket and pants, goggles, a scraper, gloves and a couple pairs of snowboarding socks without a problem. The only issue I've had with this bag is that it's too large for some airlines (United) as checked baggage. Fortunately, the airlines have never checked the length or seem to care but I do bring a roll of duck tape with me just in case. Even with all my gear inside I can still tape one end so that it meets the airline criteria. Unless you have a board 160 or larger, you don't need this size bag to accommodate all your gear for a 156. I suggest you get the size smaller.
