Every legitimate snowboarder is extremely careful with his snowboarding equipment and understands its value. That is why only the best bags in the business, such as the Burton Board Sack Snowboard Bag, are trusted to carry around a rider''s precious gear. To add to the bags tough composition and durability, it has the capacity to carry multiple boards for the convenience of a backup or to help out a friend. The hideaway, padded backpack straps are also included to make sure the bag protects your shoulders as well as it does the contents inside of it.
This is a decent board for traveling. It fits a board with bindings and boots pretty well with an outer pocket for goggles. Might want to consider getting the wheelie for convenience as the bag can get really heavy with gear in it.
Purchased this bag to make my weekend trips a little more organized. What I didn't realize was how much of a benefit I would get out of it. I downsized from 3 bags (board, clothes, & dirty) to one bag. It also has waterproof sections that you can store your dirty & soaked clothes. I wanted to give it 5 stars but couldn't because now I'm wanting one with wheels, for longer trips.
I got this bag to use for travel. I have taken it on the plane and it made it through unscathed and protected my board as well.
Mostly i just use it when driving to local hills. I can fit multiple boards in the bag easily if I take the bindings off all but one of the boards. These things are so cheap I am considering picking up another one.
The bag comes with a couple small zipper bags that attach to the inside via clips to stick boots and other misc. gear in.
Overall it is a great bag.
I got this bag a few years ago when I started traveling more. I wanted something where I could fit most of my gear in and keep it separate from all the rest of the junk in my car. I got a bag a few sizes larger than need. I can fit boots, helmet, pants and gloves all inside nicely. I've beat the bag up, and it's still withstood the tests of time.
