Nice snow pants !!
I'm 5'3 and the length of the pants are just perfect for me. I like them long enough to cover my boots. I bought 2 - one in black and one in brown in size 3. Pants fit perfect everywhere except around the waist. I have to use a belt even with one layer underneath maybe I should've got a size 1. I wanted just enough room for layering. I like the the slim fit style way better than the cargo loose so in my opinion these pants ROCK!

Good looking pants
Tried several Burton pants and this one is so far best fit/looking yet comfortable. I got two pairs (mulberry, plaid), maybe get one more. Think this is like a bootcut jeans. It's tighter around thighs (but not too tight), so if you want to wear protections/layers and wonder between two sizes, you may want to order a bigger size. I usually size 4/S for regular clothes, and size 5 for this works fine

This was a birthday present for my daughter, who just now opened it! Runs very large, had to exchange for smaller size!

i have a pair of these in black. I am 5'10" and always have a difficult time finding pants that are long enough and fit right, but these are awesome! I am getting these as a second pair.

Is size 5 equal to xs?
A shopper on Nov 29, 2014
Best Answer: I tried those but ended up keeping a different pair of Burton Pants. I think that the size 5 was really big if I remember correctly. I usually wear a size 0 or 2 in most pants and ended up with a size small in my board pants, for a little extra room. I think all the styles run a little different in terms of size. I always buy 10 pairs on a credit card then keep the one with the best fit and send all the other ones back!
