Be aware of the different Burton style fits
There are 3, and this is in the middle. I'm 5'1 with 26in waist. Had plenty of room still while wearing Under Armour Coldgear leggings, especially around the thigh area--and I have thunder thighs :D

Not enough pockets
I was disappointed by the lack of pockets, and the fit was more fitted than I had intended. There are slight taper almost pleats that pull the top in just enough so the pants sit above the waist rather than on my hips. Overall they are good pants, I just prefer something a little looser and with pockets for my keys

A shopper on Dec 27, 2013
Best Answer: I'm not sure exactly how this works, but I got an email from the-house asking this question because I had bought these in the past, but I actually bought the black ones. Sorry! I did end up returning them though because they were thicker and stiffer than I wanted. I will say this - I'm not sure if you've ordered from this site before, but they are great with returns! Good luck! Sorry I can't help more - I know it can be so annoying when you want more details. :/

I am looking for a more loose/relaxed fit. I am normally a medium but just barely a large according to the size chart. Do most need to go up a size?
Anna M on Jan 27, 2015
Best Answer: Hey Anna.
If you are right on the edge with Burton's charts you can get the M size. These Mighty Snowboard Pants from Burton feature what Burton calls their Sig-Fit. They describe that as: "Our tried-and-true fit is loose but not baggy for wearing First Layer® underneath. Relaxed from thigh to cuff, the leg comes in slightly at the knee. The waist and hip sit below your belly button, like jeans." These pants might just be perfect.
