"AK 2L summit pants"
Pros: Soft material, Light weight, Gore-tex Cons: None,These pants are a very good investment!! I have the AK 3L static pants and although they were gore-tex and 3L, they weren't very warm and were a little bit stiff. Tiny pockets and can't wear a belt. The 2L pants has room for a belt. The pockets are slightly larger and they are very soft and comfortable. The waist is fleece lined so adds the extra comfort! Again, can't go wrong with AK

"2009 Burton AK 2L Summit Womens"
Pros: lightweight, gortex, comfortable Cons:You can't go wrong with Burton AK pants. They are great and comfortable. Gore-tex is not only perfect for all conditions, but will keep you warm AND dry. I love the way they fit considering they are not too tight, but don't give you a saggy looking butt either. They are baggy enough around the thighs and leg opening too so they still look like boarding pants and not tight girly pants. These also have plenty of roomy pockets, which is great.

"love it!!!"
Pros: Gore-tex, price, Cons:I love those pants, they fit nice and are comfortable. Im not a fan of a print (night bright) but for this price i think i can used to it:) I have size XS and they are even little baggy which was a nice surprice because i am usually beetwen sizes. Overall this was a great deal.

"High quality lightweight pant"
Pros: lightweight, goretex, Cons: burton zip technology, can't wear belt,You can't go wrong w/the Burton AK line. I have an old AK jacket so I already knew I was getting high quality Gore-tex in these pants. The only downside is that these don't have ANY hooks for your powder skirt and they use the newer burton zip technology (where your powder skirt zips to the back of the pants). If you don't have a compatible jacket, you might have to either buy a longer jacket or get a Burton jacket w/the zipper on the powder skirt. Also, I sized up b/c of the length, but since there are no belt loops, I couldn't wear a belt and have to live with the feeling that my pants are constantly on the verge of falling down!

"Keeps you DRY and warm and looking good!"
Pros: Waterproof, Warm, Pockets Cons: No Beltloops,I love these pants! I bought the bright green color so that my friends could find me easily on the mountain. They have nicely placed leg pockets on the outer upper thigh, which is great for packing snacks! In total, there are 5 pockets: 2 front waist, 1 back butt, 2 upper thigh. They also have leg vents, but there is no mesh enclosure; so if you tend to fall, you could end up with some snow in your pants. There is an adjustable waist strap, but no belt loops. This is fine for me, because the pants are pretty fitted at the waist, but I also like wearing a belt, which isn't possible with these pants. They also have a waist zipper, which I assume allows you to zip it to a compatible Burton jacket. The AK 2L pants are great. They are roomy and comfortable and keep me warm and dry.

"Burton AK 2L Summit FTW!"
Pros: Waterproof, Breathable, Lightweight, Durable Cons:Love these pants! They are fitted at the waist (with a built-in ability to adjust) and loose throughout, allowing you to move freely and layer without feeling bulky. Note that this is a shell and additional layers should be worn on colder days. You will however remain completely dry throughout the day with no watering getting through that g-tex! Love the pocket options too – able to store wallet, snacks, phone and chapstick with room to spare. Excellent buy and would highly recommend. Perfect for: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, Sleet, Storming and White Out. - Rexy

"Key item"
Pros: these will take you through everything, Cons: not enough adjustability for the waist, no place for a belt,Have them in Denim Black and these take me anywhere. The fit is a bit tricky, and a tad loose for the sizing. If you are on the smaller side i would even recommend going down a size. They have a very nice loose fit however you can't really adjust the waist, and you cant add a belt. Great pants thats will last you a while, bang for your buck. I usually layer these with leggings because they are loose. They're also really easy to pack and not bulky, folds/rolls up pretty tiny

"Saweet!"
Pros: Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof Cons:I love these pants. I have them in "Denim Black" and they're so legit on the mountain. They're warm in most conditions... if its cold/blizzarding you probably want to throw a layer or two on underneath. Also the waist was a bit big on me, but the pants have a nice, loose fit everywhere else so you can move around with ease. The only thing I would add is mesh fabric in the leg vents. When you unzip the vents and ride powder, the snow has a habit of getting into the vents and into your pants where it will melt and get awkward. I just keep them zipped now but they tend to get pretty warm on those sunny days.

Pros: Breathable, Durable, Warm, Waterproof Cons:FIt snug and relaxed through the day without getting too baggy. Waterproof to board all day AND change a flat tire in the rain while keeping me dry. The best pants ever!!!
