Pros: keeps you warm, not bulky, stayed dry Cons:At first I thought this jacket wouldn't be warm enough since it seems pretty thing, but I haven't been cold in the low 20 degree weather & I usually get cold easily. Love the color - gmp mahogany - and fabric. Def. good buy!

Pros: fitted style, super warm/waterproof, lots of pockets Cons: tight in the hips, long arms, long lengthAs a petite girl this jacket just didn't fit right. I love the style and design and the fact that it is tailored and tapered in makes it so flattering for a female boarder, but it was tight in the hips (not good for someone who is at all hippy). I found the length of the jacket and arms to be too long to maneuver well in my petite frame. Best for someone over 5'5 with a long lean profile. They fabric feels great and I loved the lining! Lots of pockets for snacks and surprises that you want to keep dry while on the mountain too.

Pros: Style:The cut of the jacket is great for women, Colour: the Capers colour is very adapatable, Awesome Additions:pockets, soft chin cover etc Cons: Tight in hips: a lot tighter than other Team Fits, Main zipper broke on hill first day...easy fix!,I love this jacket! I was hesitant to purchase online when I hadn't tried it on but I'm so glad I did! Not a winter jacket without layers underneath, though perfect for spring skiing...

Pros: Comfortable, Good waterproofing, Waist gaiter Cons: Firefly color attracts dirt!,The Unity is a Team Fit jacket (fits a little longer in the arms and body) so it's verrry comfortable. It has a cute silhouette that cuts in at the waist so you don't look huge or boxy in it. I'm a tall girl so the extra length in the arms and body is a must! It also has a 10/10 waterproofing and breathability rating!
