Cody L: Have always bought Burton snowboard clothing, liked their style and durability. It's true you may pay a little more but it is worth it. I have never had an issue with my Burton clothing and tend to get a lot of compliments as well. Dec 24, 2013

Richard V: I am a Brit, so perhaps you Americans have a different understanding of cold.

This jacket is a technical shell (I think is the phrase) - as such, it is not insulated and is quite thin (and easy to pack). However, it is made of such a wonderful high-tech material that it keeps the wind and water out so, in fact, is quite warm. It has lots of clever pockets, too. You are supposed to wear it with a fleece underneath and, in this way, you are warm, dry and draught free. I love it and would gladly buy another one. Sadly, my taste is for outrageously patterned jackets with matching pants and, these days, they are becoming difficult to find (everyone wears plain colours). I would thoroughly recommend this jacket, though. I wish they would do more hideous colour combinations with matching pants - I would buy several sets!

Edward D: It's decent, depending on where you are and what kind of layering you have on. I was in 12 degree weather with long johns, sweatshirt and this jacket and my body was fine. Only thing with this jacket is it seems like the armpits are sewn a little too tight. I feel like they are all up in my pits which may or may not help keep me warm.... Jan 15, 2014

Matthew C: I only used it once but it was warm enough. Obviously I was wearing something underneath too, but I was snowboarding in Park City, Utah and it was extremely cold there. Jan 15, 2014

A shopper asked: does it fit big? Jan 13, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Daniel C: I bought the size medium and the fit is a bit baggy but not to the point if overly roomy. I'm 5'6" and the length goes just below my butt. It's warm enough to just wear a wool blend base layer topped with a short sleeved tee in 25-30 degree VT weather. Hope this helps. Jan 13, 2014

christopher m: Had to return medium because it was so big. Most brands I am a medium, but with this Jacket (and most burton ones) I downsize everytime. Even with the small, it is longer than other jackets I own that are about the same in size in other areas. Jan 13, 2014

Daniel P: Hi,

Yes, it is Burton's "Team Fit". Team Fit is Burton's biggest cut so it fits big and loose.
