      Pros: Longer sleeves, for tall fit, Slim fit perfect for layering., Cons: Not super warm., Could be longer in the torso.,

      I love this with a base layer and a shell jacket for a perfect mid-weight. Not sure I'd pay full retail, but it has a nice look for wearing out in the spring and just the right amount of warmth. I like the full-zip for easy on/off, unlike quarter-zip fleeces.

      Sleeves are slightly longer so that my wrists don't get cold when strapping in, fits pretty well, am able to add layers if needed. However I didn't pay nearly full price for it when I got it, and wouldn't have paid retail for it.
