Here at The House talking about the Burton GMP ALS snowboard jacket, also known as the GMP snowboard jacket which stands for Green Mountain Project. What you’re looking in this one is they’re trying to go with completely recycling materials brought through the shell delamination and then also the lining too. They got recycling material for the outer.
On this one you’re looking at 10,000 waterproof rating 5,000 breathable. You got there teen fit which is gonna be kind of a baggy, relax fit. From there, we got a pair of a pocket both on the chest and below here. The lower ones are zippered with the fleece on the inside to keep your hands warm on those colder days.
On the interior, we do have a full powder skirt thus feature the new zip link interface. It’s gonna be zipping a lot of snowboard pants that they offer. You got next goggle pocket sled out of this pocket. In here, pipes in through the little head comfort here.
Other than that, adjustable cuffs, it’s got the full time hood, also adjustable. Just a really, really cool snowboard jacket. If you’re looking for that green solution, the Burton GMP ALS snowboard jacket is it right here.

    My son loves it
I got this jacket for my middle son - to match the snowboard pants that he already had. He thinks it is the best jacket ever. Price was great and S&H as promised.
Will shop again when needing ski (snowboard) gear

Great purchase and well worth the money!
I love this jacket, tons of cool features, super lightweight and comfortable but it is still warm in cold weather. My only suggestion to anyone thinking about buying it is that I think it runs a little on the big side. I wear XL hoodies and some other stuff in XL, I ordered this jacket in an XL first and it was HUGE! So I exchanged it for a large and it is still a little big but I like it that way, I can comfortably wear a thick hoodie underneath it on the super cold days. OVERALL, ITS A GREAT BUY!

Best Answer: This jacket is a shell with a thin liner, no insulation. As far as keeping you warm, it has a lot of features that keep the wind and snow out. Here's what I noticed: Has a full hood with the ability to pull it tight around your face; front zipper that zips up and covers your neck completely; Velcro overlapping front seam to cover the zipper; snow skirt; Velcro straps to cinch the wrists tight; waterpoof shell. This is all pretty much listed in the web description too, my feeling is that if you are out on a super cold windy mountain you're gonna want some layers underneath, but this jacket will seal the outside effectively. I tend to generate a lot of internal heat when I am out, since I spend a lot of time falling and getting up, so I stay warm inside this pretty well. Baggy fit will let you put layers underneath comfortably. Also the hood is big enough to fit over my helmet. Good luck!
