My daughter's choice

I'm about 5'1, 130 lbs. I'm usually in a small, and wear a 4-6, but I looked at the burton measurements and the small seems like it would be snug but i'm not sure if the medium would be too big. I don't want to make the mistake by buying the medium. Any idea if this jacket runs small or true to size?
A shopper on Nov 18, 2013
Best Answer: A shopper, I would recommend a size up. I would usually be a M (as I am 5'71/2'', 150 lbs) and ordered a L. The large fits me just right and I have room for layers underneath, but without an excessive amount of space.

Are the pockets on the sides zipper up and down pockets?
C b on Nov 18, 2014
Best Answer: The pockets which you see in the front, closest to the bottom, are both up and down as well as top entry. Essentially, two pockets per pocket. So, 4 pockets. Great storage overall.

Will you send me the measurements of this coat? I need to see if it is long enough for me. Also is it tapered at the waist a tiny bit or completely square?
Jordana C on Oct 15, 2013
Best Answer: Hello Jordana,

Can you send me what sizes you're looking to compare?

The Burton Delirium Snowboard Jacket has a women's specific fit, yes it is tapered at the waist.
